JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The San Diego Squash Junior Development Program provides a pathway for players to learn the foundation of squash and develop athletic skills while building a solid technical and tactical foundation that will support long term skill development and progression.
Junior Beginner / Intermediate Program - Tuesdays 3:45-5:15pm

Thisprogram is the first stage of the junior developmental pathway, introducing players to the game of squash and laying the foundation and technique for future success and enjoyment at any level.
Junior Advanced Program - Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm
January 11, 18, 25 | February 1, 8, 15, 22 | March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
This program focuses on continued improvement of footwork, fitness and athletic ability through specific exercises, drills and competitive match play. It is for players with established athletic and technical squash ability, who have a determination to train hard and compete with a positive attitude.

HIGH SCHOOL SQUASH
San Diego Squash provides local high schools with the opportunity to develop a squash team through organized team training with our accredited coaches, and the opportunity to compete in the Southern California High School League.
The squash high school season runs from November to March, and schools interested in developing a squash team should contact firstname.lastname@example.org with as much lead time as possible (ideally in the summer) to make arrangements and schedule their team's program for the season ahead.
Squash League : Our weekly club squash league provides members with the opportunity for competitive match play in a social, fun atmosphere. The league is held from 6-9pm every Monday night, and currently has around forty players of all levels participating. The next league begins on January 9th, 2017.
Challenge Court : Open to members and non-members (guest fee required), our Challenge Court offers social round robin game play on Tuesdays from 6:00-9:00pm, and Sundays from 9:45am-12:00pm. Challenge Court is a great way to meet other players and play games against a variety of opponents and levels.
Women’s Introductory Squash Clinic : Our Women's Introductory Squash Clinic runs for ten weeks at a time. Hosted by San Diego Squash pro Kristi Maroc, the clinic is a fun, social way to get fit, learn an awesome sport, and make some new friends. By the end of the ten weeks, participants are sure to be playing a decent level of squash and have the skills and confidence needed to pick up matches against other club players. Next Level Fitness Training : A ten week program guaranteed to take your court fitness to the next level, the Next Level Fitness Training Program is run every Sunday morning from 9:00am-9:45am. Coach Dave leads the group on a squash-specific fitness program. Registration and payment is required in advance for the full ten week program. Private coaching provides the opportunity for individual personalized squash instruction developed just for you. Beneficial for any age and level of player - from beginners, right through to the pro level - private coaching focuses on a range of important squash skills including racquet technique, drills and conditioning, fitness and agility, sports psychology, match preparation and strategy.
